I pray that the Holy Spirit guides us and opens our eyes and ears to the truth. I believe that the Holy Spirit revealed something to me that is so simple to understand and yet is missing from Christian life today. Our Lord reminds us that this is the 1st commandment.
Mark 12:29 And Jesus answered him,
The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
This happens to be the first line of the Doorpost or Mezuzah in Hebrew,which means doorpost. This all important commandment is observed by Jewish people today but few of them know what it really is. Almighty God of Israel Himself commanded all Israelites thru Moses to write these words on their doorposts. Sadly it has become a kind of a tradition that only the rabbi’s need to maybe understand. Even fewer Christians know about it or its meaning. What it really is, is a blessing from the Almighty God Himself; this is a promise of protection from evil and disease, prosperity for the houses of all Israel who possess the true faith and obey the commandments.
What is Israel today? Are we not Israel? Are Christians not the true faithful?
Gal 6:15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
We have faith in the blood of the Lamb, the only High Priest, our Jewish brothers do not have the connection to God that we do; they don’t have faith in the High Priest, the Messiah. We know that our Lord is the only path to Almighty God and His promises!
I believe this truth was revealed to me for a reason, because of my 30+years experience as a jeweler and craftsmen and my study of the King James Bible.
Our Lord said
Mat 5:17
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
John15:10
If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.
I designed a Doorpost in the shape of a cross. After much prayer and meditation, I believe this Doorpost or Mezuzah is a unique design, that is revealed to me through the Holy Spirit.
First of all, I have never seen one in the shape of a Cross; even the dimensions of this one are spiritually significant.
Secondly,there are 2 separate chapters in Deuteronomy that are commanded to be written down, which is perfect for a Cross (the first is Deut 6:4-9which fits into the horizontal part and the other is Deut 11:13-21, which is longer and fits into the upright part). After you put the cover provided on and nail the Doorpost to the right side of your doors.
Thirdly, the Israelites were dependent on the scribes to write the scrolls for the Mezuzah, remember they had to rely on the scribes and the High Priest of their time, only the High Priest could offer the blood, and enter the Holy of Holy’s once a year.
Christians today can pray to the Almighty God of Israel whenever they want, through the blood of the Lamb our Lord Jesus Christ!

Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments,and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven
The whole family should understand what is the truth, and commandments; we have faith in the High Priest, and therefore we have the ear of God. I know that our faith is in our hearts and minds, but we are flesh, we stumble and fail often. The Word and promises of Almighty God never fail!
By showing this Doorpost for everyone to see, you show that you have faith in the promises of the Father and the Son. Never has a Doorpost or Mezuzah had so much power for those who understand and have faith.
Fourth,the Israelites of old were told to fix their doorposts slanted to the left signifying forward motion or good things to come, Moses himself said there will be another teacher after him.
Deut 18:15 The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee,of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
The other teacher like Moses is our Lord, the teaching of the Word is complete, that’s why I attach my Doorpost upright.
I pray that the Holy Spirit opens eyes and ears to the truth of this revelation, as it did mine. How much power, and blessing, in something so simple to understand. The Doorpost has already made a big difference in my house.
